Delete your Kisan Hisab account
Deleting your account removes your account and your cloud data. The books on your phone stay.
Delete it in the app (the quick way)
Open Kisan Hisab and tap “More”.
At the bottom, tap Delete account. It shows while you are signed in.
Read what is deleted and what stays.
Tick “I understand that my cloud data cannot be recovered after 30 days.”
Sign in again with Google or Apple to confirm.
You are signed out on every phone at once.
No app? Ask by email
Write from the email address of your account. We reply within 7 days and start the same 30 days as in the app. We accept a request only from the account’s own email address.

For 30 days your cloud data is kept. Sign in again with the same account and the deletion is cancelled. After 30 days the account is deleted for good.
What is deleted
- Your account and its Google or Apple sign-in.
- The phones linked to your account, and your place in shared books.
- The cloud copies of the books you own, with every record.
- The photos, bills and documents kept in cloud storage.
Sign in with Apple is revoked, and our payments service, RevenueCat, is asked to delete its data about you.
What is not deleted
- The books on your phones. They stay as phone-only books, and nothing is lost.
- Your Pro plan is not changed by deleting your account.
- Shared books that someone else owns. They stay with their owner.
What we may keep, and for how long
Where the law requires us to keep some records, such as logs, we keep only what is required, separately, for the required period, and then delete it. Read the details in our Privacy Policy.
